These new Claude updates are insane. And I'm going to walk you through exactly what just dropped, why it matters, and what it means for anyone running

a business right now. Because this week, Anthropic didn't just release a feature update. They changed how Claude works entirely. Two massive

announcements dropped at basically the same time. And when you put them together, you start to see a very

different picture of where AI is actually heading. Start with the one that hit social media hardest. Claude is now fully inside Microsoft 365. Excel,

PowerPoint are generally available right now for anyone on a paid Claude plan. And Outlook just entered public beta. Here's the part people are

sleeping on. This isn't just Claude as a plugin. The thing that makes this different is context. Claude

carries the full context of your conversation across every single app. You don't re-explain anything. You don't start over. Claude just moves with

you. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more

leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. And Julian Goldie reads every

comment, so make sure you comment below. Here's what that looks like in the real world. You run a business and a client sends you an email. You open

it in Outlook. Claude reads it, understands the ask. You switch to Word. Claude is already there, already knows what you're working on, starts helping

you draft the proposal. You move to Excel to build out the numbers behind it. Claude follows. Then

PowerPoint for the pitch deck. Claude converts the whole thing. Continuous flow. No conversation. No copy pasting. No re-explaining. Microsoft called

it a step change in productivity. Fidelity's analysts said their team is now building and updating financial models faster than ever before directly

inside Excel. Ben Lettelik, senior director of digital transformation at ServiceNow, said Claude does

the work inside Excel itself instead of asking them to move content between tools. That's the shift people aren't talking about enough. Before this,

AI was isolated. ChatGPT over here. Spreadsheets over there. Slides somewhere else. You were the one connecting the dots. You were the glue between

tools. Claude just removed that friction entirely. Look, I want to be straight with you here. Microsoft

Copilot exists. It's integrated natively. It competes directly with this. The reaction online was instant. People were posting clips saying Claude

integrates better than Copilot in Microsoft's own software. That tells you something. When a third-party AI is beating the native one at its own game,

that's a signal worth paying attention to. Now, here's where it gets really interesting because right

now inside the AI Profit Boardroom, we're already building out step-by-step tutorials on how to use Claude for Microsoft 365 to automate your

workflows, drafting emails, building client proposals in Word, running analysis in Excel, all without hiring extra help. We've got four live coaching

calls every week where you can bring your exact setup and we'll walk through it with you. There are 20

integration business owners in there right now, a lot of them already using Claude daily to handle the kind of admin work that used to eat half their

week. If you want a 30-day roadmap showing exactly how to plug Claude into your Microsoft workflow and start saving serious hours, the link is in the

description. Go to AIProfitBoardroom.com. Okay. Now, the second announcement, and this one is

bigger, bigger. Anthropic just launched something called dreaming for Claude managed agents, and I need to explain this properly because the name

sounds like marketing fluff, but the actual mechanism is genuinely significant. Here's what dreaming is. It's a review their own past sessions. They

look back at everything they did. They find the patterns. They find the mistakes. They refine their own

memory. Then they come back better. Anthropic literally describes it as a scheduled process. It runs between sessions, reviews what happened, pulls

out what worked and what didn't, and updates the agent's memory so the next session is sharper. Their own analogy for it, it's like your AI assistant

sleeps overnight and wakes up better at its job. Harvey, the legal AI company, deployed dreaming for

their agents doing complex legal work. Their agents started remembering file type workarounds and tool specific patterns across sessions. There's more

to the managed agents update. Three other things launched alongside dreaming. The first is outcomes. This is basically a grading system for Claude.

You write a rubric, you describe exactly what a good output looks like, specific criteria, standards,

your format requirements. Then a separate AI evaluator checks Claude's work against that rubric, and if it doesn't pass, it sends Claude back to fix

it. Think about what that means for your business. You set the standard once. Keeps checking its own work against it. You stop being the last line of

review on every single output. The second is multi-agent orchestration. This is where one lead Claude

agent manages a whole team of specialist Claude agents working in parallel. Each one has its own role, its own tools, its own context. The lead agent

delegates. Specialist works simultaneously. The lead agent pulls everything together at the end. Netflix is already running this in production. Their

platform team built an analysis agent that processes logs from hundreds of builds at the same time.

Changes affecting thousands of applications, the multi-agent setup lets them analyze batches in parallel and surface only the patterns that actually

matter. It's the kind of work that would have taken a full engineering team weeks. And the third edition is webhooks, which means Claude agents can

now trigger real-world actions automatically when they finish a task. Update a CRM, send a

notification, kick off a follow-up workflow. Now, let me put both announcements together, because this is the actual story. Microsoft 365 integration

means Claude follows you across your work tools without losing context. Dreaming means Claude gets better at your specific workflows the more you use

it. Outcomes means Claude checks its own work. Multi-agent orchestration means Claude can delegate

to a team of specialized versions of itself. Webhooks means Claude can take actions automatically when done. You're looking at an AI that works across

your apps. Before, you used AI like a search engine. You asked, answered, you copied it somewhere else and did the rest yourself. That's not what this

is anymore. The context carries. The memory builds. Mistakes get corrected automatically. Work

gets split across specialists. The outputs trigger next steps. Let me give you a concrete example with the AI Profit Boardroom, since that's what

we're running and it keeps things grounded. You want to get more members into the Boardroom. You've got Claude inside Outlook. You get an email from

someone who watched a video and has questions. Claude reads it, drafts a reply tailored to their specific

situation, and it lands in your compose pane ready to send. You open a Word doc, a template for a follow-up sequence, and Claude continues the

conversation, pulling in context from the email, and builds out a personalized three-email sequence. You switch to Excel to look at your conversion

data. Claude updates the model, flags what's working, adjusts your assumptions. PowerPoint for the next

coaching call presentation. Claude builds the slides from the Word doc. The whole thing flows in one session. No re-explaining. No copy-paste. And

that's exactly what we're doing inside the AI Profit Boardroom right now. We've built a 30-day road map specifically around Claude's latest updates,

including how to set up the Microsoft 365 workflow, how to write outcomes rubrics that actually work,

how to structure multi-agent workflows for lead generation and client delivery, and how to use dreaming to build an agent that gets sharper over time.

Four coaching calls every week where you can bring your actual setup, and we go deep on it live. There's a lot of them running Claude workflows for

client work, content automation, lead gen, and operational stuff that used to require a team. There's

a prompt library built specifically around Claude workflows. Member map, so you can find and connect with people near you who are building similar

things. And there's always someone online 24/7 because the community spans time zones. Link in the description and comments, or go to

aiprofitboardroom.com. And if you want the full notes from this episode, all the use cases, the SOPs, and access to

over 100 AI use cases like this one, come join the AI Success Lab. It's free. Thousand members in there already building with AI every day. You'll get

all the video notes dropped there. Links in the comments and description. These updates from Anthropic dropped this week, two big ones. Claude in your

Microsoft apps with shared context. To Claude managed agents that learn, self-correct, delegate

work, and trigger real-world actions. Tools alive. Companies using them, Netflix, Harvey, ServiceNow, Citadel, are seeing real measurable results. The question is what you're going to do with them.
