In this video, we take a hands-on look at Bonsai Image, a low-bit local image generation model from Prism ML. The model card describes the binary
version as a 1-bit text-to-image diffusion transformer deployment for NVIDIA GPUs, based on a FLUX.2 Klein 4B architecture and designed to run locally
on Linux and Windows.
We begin with a technical overview and then walk through the Windows installation process. After setup, we test both binary and ternary variants
across a variety of image-generation prompts, including ink wash style images, glass-style compositions, intricate prompts, and general creative
tests.
