Claude 5 plus Hermes just changed AI agents forever. What if the smartest AI model ever made is sitting right in front of you and you have no idea
what to actually do with it? Most people just opened a chat tab and started typing. That's like buying a race car and using it to grab groceries.
There's a way to make this thing build, plan, and ship for you. And here's the catch, the clock is already
ticking. Hey, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie and I help people actually use AI tools in their work, not just poke at them for 5 minutes and
give up. Today I'm going to show you five real ways to put Claude's most model to work inside a full agent operating system. Stick around because the
last one literally builds a video of everything else for you. Let's get into it. So, on June 9th,
Anthropic dropped Claude Fable 5 and they also announced something called Claude Mythos 5. Now, here's the simple version. Anthropic has model tiers.
There's Haiku, there's Sonnet, there's Opus. Fable 5 sits in a brand new tier above all of them called Mythos class. It's the most capable model
they've ever made available to regular people like us. Now, Fable 5 and Mythos 5 are actually the same
model underneath. The only real difference is safety. Fable 5 has guardrails built in so anyone can use it. Mythos 5 has some of those guardrails
lifted and it's locked to a small group of trusted partners working on things like cybersecurity. So, you and I get Fable 5. That's the one we care
about. And it is strong. Anthropic says it's state-of-the-art on nearly every test they ran. But forget
the charts for a second. Here's what it can actually do. The team at Stripe handed it a giant codebase around 50 million lines and it finished a job
in a single day that would have taken a whole team more than 2 months by hand. It can look at a screenshot of an app and rebuild the code behind it
just from the picture. It even beat an old Pokémon game using nothing but what it could see on the
screen. Older models needed all kinds of help to do that. Fable 5 just did it. And the demos go even further. Anthropic showed it building a working
model of the solar system where it figured out how the planets move from basic physics and then use that to predict solar eclipses. It taught itself
to Factorio, this huge factory building game, planning and building the whole thing on its own. It
designed a 3D printable model inside a browser tool that it also built from scratch. It even made a fluid simulation that moves in time with music it
wrote itself, even though it has never actually heard a single sound. That's the level we're working with here. And it remembers. On long jobs, it
keeps notes for itself and gets better as it goes. In one test, giving it a memory file helped it three
times more than the older Opus model did. One more thing you need to know. When Fable 5 hits a sensitive topic like cybersecurity, it automatically
hands that question over to Opus instead, and it tells you when it does. Anthropic says that happens in less than 5% of chats. So, most of the time,
you're getting the full power of Fable 5. Now, here's the part that matters for timing. Right now,
Fable 5 is included on the paid Claude plans at no extra cost, but on June 23rd, they're pulling it from those plans. After that, you'll need usage
credits to keep using it. So, if you want to play with the best version while it's included, the window is now. Okay, so most people will open Fable 5
in a chat tab, ask it one question, get an answer, and close it. And then everything they built is
just gone. That's the mistake. What I want to show you is how to plug Fable 5 into a full agent operating system. Think about it like this. Instead of
one smart assistant trapped in a box, you give Fable 5 a whole building to work in. It can run other agents. It can save its work. It can plan, build,
and ship without you babysitting every single step. That's the difference between watching a model
and actually putting a model to work. And look, building all of this from scratch takes time and a lot of tokens. So, if you'd rather just have my
setup, I've put the whole thing inside the AI Profit Boardroom. The full agent operating system comes as a ready-to-install zip file, so you can drop
it in and go. I've also built a complete 30-day roadmap inside the AI Profit Boardroom that walks you
through plugging Fable 5 in one step at a time. There are live coaching calls where you can ask about your own setup, plus walkthroughs and prompts
built around exactly this. So, if you get stuck, you're not stuck alone. That's all waiting for you in the AI Profit Boardroom. Let me walk you
through what's actually inside this thing. First up is the idea pipeline. This is my favorite because ideas
die fast when you've got nowhere to put them. Here's how it works. You have an idea, you drop it into the pipeline, Fable 5 takes it and writes out a
full plan. Then it stops and asks you to approve that plan before it does anything at all. You say yes and off it goes to build it. Once it's done, it
lands in a shipped section, so you can actually see the finished thing sitting there. So you go
from a random thought to a real built thing without losing the idea somewhere in the middle. Next is the mission control dashboard. This is a live
command center for all your agents. Picture one single screen where you can see every agent you've got running. You can see what each one is doing
right now. You can see which model each one is running on. You can see the tasks getting handed out and
the tasks getting finished all in real time. You can even click into one agent and check its current job. Normally when you run a bunch of AI agents,
you have no clue what's happening. They're all off doing their own thing in separate windows. Mission control puts the whole team on one screen like
air traffic control for your agents and Fable 5 sits right on top of it handing out the work. Third
is the workspace and this one fixes the most annoying problem with AI. Normally you build something cool in a chat and then you can never find it
again. The chat scrolls away, the terminal forgets. It's just gone. The workspace saves everything you build in one place, so you can come back to it
later. Here's how I'd use the workspace for the AI profit boardroom. Every time Fable 5 builds a new
welcome flow or a fresh tutorial layout for the AI profit boardroom, it gets saved right there instead of vanishing into a chat tab. So next month
when I want to improve the AI profit boardroom onboarding, I just open the workspace, pull up what Fable 5 made last time and build straight on top of
it. Nothing starts from zero. Fourth is the agent group chat and this one is wild. You open up one
chat with a bunch of agents in it, Claude plus a few others. You give them all one brief and every single agent comes back with its own idea. Then you
tell Fable 5 to take all of those ideas and pull the best parts into one clean plan you can actually build. Here's how I'd use this for the AI profit
boardroom. I drop in one brief like a new lesson series the people inside the AI profit boardroom
keep asking for. Every agent throws out an angle. Then I ask Fable 5 to mash the best ones into one solid plan. That's exactly the kind of content
that pulls the right people into the AI Profit Boardroom. And the fifth one is honestly the coolest. It's called Hyper Frames. It's a skill that lets
Fable 5 make videos. So, after it builds a bunch of stuff, you can have it create a short video showing
off everything it made. It writes a script, it puts it together, done. Here's how I'd use Hyper Frames for the AI Profit Boardroom. After Fable 5
builds something new, I'd have it make a quick walk-through video showing what we just created for the AI Profit Boardroom. Now, I've got a clip I can
share so new people can see exactly what the AI Profit Boardroom is all about before they ever join.
So, who is all this actually for? Honestly, anyone who's tired of AI being a fun little toy and wants it to be a real worker. If you keep starting
projects and then losing them, you need the workspace. If you're running more than one agent and feeling totally lost, you need Mission Control. And
if you've got way more ideas than time, the Pipeline was made for you. You don't have to be technical,
either. I can't write code, but I can plug this together and let Fable 5 do heavy lifting. Now, a few quick tips before you go and try this. First,
don't build all five things at once. Pick one, just one. Get it working, see if you like it, then add the next. Trying to build everything on day one
is exactly how people burn out and quit. Second, use Fable 5 now while it's still included on the paid
plans. Remember, that changes on June 23rd, so get your hands on it this week. Third, when Fable 5 hands a question over to Opus, don't panic. That's
just the safety system doing its job. Keep going. And fourth, save everything. The whole point of a workspace is that you never lose your work again.
So, use it from day one. Okay, so that's five real ways to put Claude Fable 5 to work. If you want
the full process, the SOPs, and 100-plus AI use cases just like this one, come join the AI Success Lab. The links are in the comments and the
description. You'll get all the notes from this video in there, plus access to our community of 75,000 members who are all crushing it with AI. And
here's the thing, you're about to go try this, and at some point you're going to hit a wall. Maybe the install
feels confusing. Maybe an agent does something weird. Maybe you just can't decide which feature to start with. That's normal. That's the exact reason
I built the AI Profit Boardroom. Inside, you get the full Agent Operating System as a ready-to-install zip file, the 30-day roadmap that walks you
through it, live coaching calls where you can ask about your own setup, plus the tutorials and prompts
built around Fable 5. So, instead of guessing for weeks, you get there in days. Come build it with us at aiprofitboardroom.com. See you inside.
